Are your products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes! Our products are formulated with gentle, food-grade ingredients that are sulfate-free and safe for color-treated, chemically processed, and natural hair types.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location within the US.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or dyes?
We prioritize natural ingredients. While we use some phthalate-free fragrances to achieve our signature scents like Honey and Burnt Sugar, we never use harsh synthetic dyes.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our personal care products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping reach to our international honeybees in the near future.
